Acquisition of Cube Digital Media

Moneyline completes its digital offer

Moneyline, based in Saint-Cloud (in the department of Hauts-de-Seine), is a recognised expert in the manufacture of terminals and digital self-service solutions. Moneyline’s solutions are already widely deployed in the banking sector, but also in the retail and administrative sectors.

By acquiring all of Cube Digital Media’s shares, Moneyline has given itself the means to accelerate its strategy of market, product and service diversification, but also to offer a comprehensive range of hardware and software solutions for the digitalisation of the customer journey.

Moneyline’s ambition is to position this new entity as a single point of contact which can meet all the requirements of digitalisation while improving the user experience.

Based in Nancy in the department of Meurthe-et-Moselle, Cube Digital Media offers the most advanced digital signage solution on the market, based on version 5 of its Neoscreen software. Cube Digital Media’s expertise combined with the multiple functionalities, quality and design of Moneyline’s solutions will make this new organisation a technological and commercial leader in the digital sector. Specific applications that can be used for reception facilities, bookings, guiding customers, sales, subscriptions and issuing certificates etc. will be part of the new offer.

The increased commercial coverage in France will make it possible to segment the approach and gain in specificity and proximity, better meeting the expectations of current and prospective customers.

Cube Digital Media’s presence in the Benelux countries and Morocco will also enable it to launch a structured and ambitious export strategy.

To facilitate the integration of the two entities and the management handover, Jean-Jacques Guyot, manager of Cube Digital Media, will be supporting Moneyline in its development project in 2019.

The newly formed group should soon reach a level of activity of 20 million euros with almost 60 employees.
