The Fondation Adolphe de Rothschild Hospital specialises in the disciplines of both the eye and the brain, borderline pathologies of the head and neck, from infancy to old age
The issue
The Fondation Adolphe de Rothschild Hospital wanted Iagona to simplify the procedures for receiving and admitting its patients. In addition, the Fondation Adolphe de Rothschild Hospital initiated a digitisation process and asked us to help them with this.
The Iagona solution
Iagona proposed to the Fondation Adolphe de Rothschild Hospital installing MK Med digital admission terminals.
The MK Med equipment was designed by our experts to facilitate the admission of patients in hospitals. Patients can register at the admission terminal using a QR code received beforehand, or a number. They can check their status, complete their file, print documents for pre- admission, but also make payments.
Thanks to the MK Med digital admission terminals, patients are taken care of quickly.
The Fondation Adolphe de Rothschild Hospital now offers its patients the possibility update their health insurance card, make appointments, complete a file by scanning documents or print out essential documents for follow-up in the hospital, but also for the reimbursement of healthcare.
Finally, the MK Med terminals are equipped with an interactive map which offers to direct patients to the different wards.

These terminals serve firstly to improve the reception experience of our patients – by reducing waiting times – but also the working conditions of our staff. Since this time is freed up for the reception staff, they can now issue follow-up appointments at the end of consultations. Previously, patients had to put their request for an appointment in the box provided and were called back by our platform. Patients are happy with this new arrangement.
