Requirements

Keolis Lyon needed to communicate effectively to its employees in the context of multiple and geographically dispersed sites.

The company wanted to update its version of Neoscreen to deal with its communication challenges. A new solution had to make information more accessible, modern, and dynamic and allow each site to publish a scrolling banner that met their needs.

The aim was to create cohesion between the different teams and to facilitate the dissemination of information to all employees, regardless of their working hours.

The solutions provided

Keolis Lyon chose Iagona’s digital signage solution, in partnership with AVI, an audio-visual integrator based near Lyon.

The company equipped itself with 40 new digital signage screens to share information among its workforces. The screens were placed in the company’s internal premises to allow employees to access the information.

All screens are equipped with the latest version of Neoscreen. This software is easy to use and lets you organise content from a web browser, and create, schedule, and display it on one or more screens.

Training was provided to Keolis Lyon staff so they could master the software and operate it independently.

Today, digital signage means Keolis Lyon can go beyond traditional signage and be more responsive to information updates.

We are very satisfied with the digital signage installed in our premises and how easy the Neoscreen software is to use.
