Mutuelle des Motards

Created in 1983 thanks to the mobilisation and financial involvement of
more than 40,000 motorcyclists, Mutuelle des Motards has become the leading specialist insurance provider for two and three-wheeled vehicles.

An innovative firm, it always has new offers and new services to better protect two- and three-wheelers and make riding and driving more enjoyable.

Embodying the values of solidarity, freedom and sharing, which are shared by motorcyclists, it plays a part in the societal and solidarity economy, and places people, not capital, at the heart of its concerns and operations.

Mutuelle des Motards is present throughout France thanks to a network of 38 agencies. Its head office is based in Pérols in the department of Hérault.


Following the construction of the building designed to house of Mutuelle des Motards’s new head office, the company was looking for an efficient communication tool to fit their modern building.

The head office was to house over 300 employees, and the firm had to be able to communicate effectively with all of them in places where their footfall was high.

The insurance company also wanted to equip its branch network with digital signage screens to communicate its services more effectively and provide a better welcome to its customers.

The solutions provided

Mutuelle des Motards tasked Iagona with its project. The Neoscreen digital signage solution was chosen for its efficiency in broadcasting content on multiple screens.

A total of 40 digital signage screens were installed in strategic locations at the reception, in front of lift exits, in call centres and in communal areas.

Mutuelle des Motards now has a tool that allows it to communicate harmoniously throughout its head office. It offers content adapted to the location of the screens, and communication adapted to internal employees and visitors at the reception desk. The communication media is managed from the Neoscreen digital signage software interface.

Installing digital display screens in the branch network has helped improve the reception while making the company’s services easier to understand.

We cannot fault our digital signage displays. For us, the Neoscreen software is the fastest, most efficient and most flexible way to communicate concise information.
