Located in the heart of the capital, the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile hotel has 995 rooms and suites. It allows professionals and individuals to hold events and conferences and to book private rooms thanks to its 35 meeting spaces.
Requirements
Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile was looking for a software solution to direct guests to their meeting rooms. The hotel wanted to be able to inform its guests of current and upcoming meetings in a clear and legible manner from a schedule.
The hotel’s main requirement was to find a digital signage solution which was easy to use, both in terms of creating content and messages and in planning meetings and managing rooms. At the same time, it wanted to be able to display the restaurant’s menu in a dynamic and modern way.
The solutions provided
The best software solution for the needs of Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile is SignEx. This digital signage software directs customers to meeting rooms, seminars and conferences using a signage system.
With SignEx, Hyatt can now welcome and inform guests with a multimedia playlist and scrolling messages.
In terms of equipment, we recommended using different size terminals and screens for digital signage. We have installed the following facilities in the hotel:
- Sixty 22-, 43- and 55-inch screens
- One reception terminal with a 55-inch screen
- Two screens for displaying the restaurant menu
