74% of participants said they found this service interesting to save even more money. And 72% said they would use it if it were offered on a screen or terminal.

72% of the participants declare that this service is interesting to have a different opinion from that of the salesman, they are 69% to declare that this service is interesting to better choose their products, and they are 71% to declare that they would use this service if it was proposed on their cell phone or on a terminal in store.
Participate in the improvement of the products and services of the wind point
67% of participants find that a store that offers this service proves that it listens to its customers. And 64% would be ready to give their opinions and suggestions to the store that offers it.
Technological evolutions make it possible to animate each space where there are customers or employees in an interactive and connected way. The challenge is to succeed in using the right technical solution in the right place and to broadcast the content that will be relevant to your target and your objectives. Doing too much is never good, but not using Digital Media tools will make you miss opportunities no matter what your business is.
